Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is issued by Wonder Kids (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We want you to be happy with your purchase — if you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

• The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The product is unused, unworn and in its original condition.
• The product is returned with original packaging, tags and accessories.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Used or worn hats and caps
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos of the item and packaging.

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Our team will provide return instructions.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
