This Shipping & Delivery Policy is issued by Wonder Kids (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely, so your little ones can enjoy our hats, caps and accessories as soon as possible.

Other GCC or international locations (if applicable)

Shipping availability may change depending on logistics coverage.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Within UAE: 2–5 business days
GCC / International orders: 5–10 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs procedures or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. We may occasionally offer:

5. Order Tracking

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing the order. Wonder Kids is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
