Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Within UAE: 2–5 business days
GCC / International Orders: 5–10 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.

Wonder Kids is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
